Terms of Service

Effective June 8, 2026. MonetLab is operated by MonetraAI, Inc. These Terms govern use of MonetLab's creator setup, generation, training, and managed delivery workflows.

Questions about these Terms can be sent to supportofficial@monet-lab.com.

Section 1

Overview

These Terms govern access to and use of the MonetLab platform, including the web application, related APIs, creator setup flows, generation workflows, LoRA training workflows, support services, and associated content, outputs, or tools.

By creating an account, signing in, uploading materials, creating a creator profile, receiving credits, requesting managed delivery, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you use the Service on behalf of an agency, studio, production team, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Section 2

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Any creator or identifiable person depicted, referenced, trained on, or uploaded through the Service must be at least 18 years old.
  • Your use must comply with applicable law and these Terms.

Section 3

Creator authorization

Before you upload materials, create a creator profile, train a model, or generate content tied to an identifiable person, you must obtain, maintain, and be able to demonstrate valid authorization covering the intended use.

  • uploading photos, videos, voice references, and related assets
  • training or activating creator-specific LoRA artifacts
  • generating or editing images, videos, dialogue, or other synthetic media
  • publishing, distributing, monetizing, or otherwise commercially using outputs

Section 4

Your content and outputs

You retain whatever ownership rights you have in your prompts, uploads, creator assets, datasets, settings, and outputs. You grant MonetLab a limited license to host, store, process, transmit, and modify that content as necessary to operate the Service, fulfill requested workflows, maintain audit records, provide support, and enforce platform rules.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unsuitable for a specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use or publication.

Section 5

Credits and managed delivery

MonetLab may offer usage plans, credits, allocation tiers, manually issued credit adjustments, boost packs, or managed delivery services.

  • Credits are an operational usage mechanism, not stored monetary value.
  • Credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.
  • Credits may be manually issued or adjusted by MonetraAI, Inc. or an authorized organization administrator.
  • Managed delivery remains subject to these Terms and still requires valid creator authorization from you.

Section 6

Prohibited use and enforcement

You may not use the Service for underage material, non-consensual content, deceptive impersonation, unlawful or abusive conduct, security abuse, or infringement of third-party rights.

MonetLab may monitor use for security and abuse prevention and may pause workflows, remove content, request proof of authorization, adjust credits, suspend accounts, or terminate access where reasonably necessary.

Section 7

Third-party providers

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure, storage, authentication, and model providers. Those providers may process your content as needed to fulfill requested workflows.

Section 8

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, MonetLab disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MonetraAI, Inc.'s total liability for claims arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the Service in the prior 12 months or USD $100.

Section 9

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

  • The arbitration will be conducted in English.
  • The arbitration will be seated in Delaware.
  • Either party may seek temporary or injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction when needed to protect confidential information, intellectual property, or platform security pending arbitration.
