By using MonetLab, you represent that you are acting lawfully, that you are at least 18 years old, and that your organization has obtained the permissions it needs before creating or operating a creator profile.
Who MonetLab is for
MonetLab is designed for agencies, studios, and operators managing creator content workflows. If you use MonetLab for any creator, your organization is responsible for making sure you have the permissions and rights needed to do so.
Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use MonetLab. Any person whose likeness, voice, photos, videos, or related materials are uploaded, trained on, or depicted through the service must also be 18 or older.
Agency responsibility for creator authorization
Your agency or organization is solely responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and being able to demonstrate valid creator authorization before uploading materials or generating content tied to any identifiable person.

Prohibited use
You may not use MonetLab for underage content, non-consensual content, impersonation, deceptive deepfakes, unlawful sexual content, violence, sexual violence, coercion, trafficking, harassment, extortion, or any other unlawful or abusive conduct.
Platform enforcement
MonetLab may pause generation, remove content, request proof of authorization, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we reasonably suspect unauthorized, unlawful, misleading, or unsafe use.
