Section 3
How information is shared
MonetLab uses third-party infrastructure and processing providers to operate the Service. Based on the current product setup, these may include Cloudflare, Better Auth, Modal, ComfyUI-based infrastructure, WaveSpeed, OpenRouter, and Lingsuan where configured.
These providers may receive prompts, input assets, workflow metadata, generated outputs, and related operational data as needed to process the specific request you make through the Service.

AI and training-specific handling
Uploaded creator assets may be stored and linked to creator profiles. Training bundles, configuration files, logs, and resulting LoRA artifacts may be stored for workflow execution, review, activation, and audit.
MonetLab does not state that customer content is used to train MonetraAI, Inc.'s own general-purpose foundation models.

MonetLab uses sessions, cookies, and similar mechanisms to keep you signed in, secure accounts, maintain application state, and support operational logging.

- session and security logs may be retained for up to 12 months
- support records may be retained for up to 12 months
- failed-job debugging information may be retained for up to 90 days

Depending on your location and role, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or export of certain personal information. Some requests may need to be routed through the responsible agency, studio, or account owner controlling the creator workflow.
